Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@salescare.eu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Non-refundable Items The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
